Support your clients with Hypnobirthing
For FLOW Hypnobirthing, matching that style:
Our understanding of how the mind and body interact during pregnancy and birth has developed significantly in recent years. We know that fear, anxiety, expectations and previous experiences can influence how women approach and experience childbirth—and that helping women feel calmer, more confident and better prepared can make a meaningful difference. This creates an important role for hypnotherapy in supporting women as they prepare for birth and navigate the experience in a way that feels right for them.
FLOW Hypnobirthing: Hypnobirthing Practitioner CE Course gives you everything you need to confidently support women throughout pregnancy as they prepare for birth, using an evidence-informed approach that brings together hypnosis, birth preparation and an understanding of the mind–body relationship during childbirth.
Your training includes in-depth video lessons and written resources, an evidence-informed exploration of hypnobirthing and the psychological and physiological factors that can influence the experience of birth, step-by-step session protocols, client intake forms and handouts, ready-to-use scripts, and practitioner-friendly marketing materials. Assignments are optional, and once you complete the course you’ll receive externally accredited certification. Dr. Claire Jack is also available throughout for support and guidance as you start using the FLOW Hypnobirthing approach with clients.
Pregnancy and birth are deeply individual experiences, yet fear, anxiety and expectations around childbirth can have a powerful influence on how women approach and experience birth. Growing understanding of the relationship between the brain, nervous system and body has highlighted the value of approaches that build confidence, reduce fear and help women feel more prepared and in control.
FLOW Hypnobirthing practitioner training was developed around this mind–body approach, giving hypnotherapists an evidence-informed, practical framework for supporting women throughout pregnancy as they prepare for birth with greater confidence, flexibility and trust in themselves.
