Your training includes in-depth video lessons and written resources, an evidence-informed overview of weight loss jab trends and the behaviour-change research that matters, step-by-step session protocols, client intake forms and handouts, ready-to-use scripts, and practitioner-friendly marketing materials. Assignments are optional, and once you complete the course you’ll receive externally accredited certification. Dr. Claire Jack is also available throughout for support and guidance as you start using the approach with clients.

As more parents seek children’s hypnotherapy support, KidsMatters® offers specialist training built specifically for young minds. Children aren’t small adults—so adult-style techniques often miss the mark. KidsMatters® trains you in evidence-based, child-centred hypnosis tools and creative methods that support children’s wellbeing, resilience, and healthy development.

Children’s imaginations are naturally powerful, which is why they often respond so well to hypnotherapy. This integrative, multi-modality training also weaves in NLP, mindfulness, and age-appropriate CBT, with clear guidance for working with children from around age five through the teenage years.

Client protocols

Children respond to hypnotherapy in a very different way from adults. When you’re working with children, you need clear, structured protocols that help you work quickly and effectively with their natural imagination and creative flow. It’s also essential to know how to involve parents appropriately—unlike adult work, children’s hypnosis usually means working with more than one person, so strong ethical boundaries and clear guidelines are non-negotiable.
